69 GTO hood tach vent line of no vent line ?
 

My 69 GTO with a built date 0f 07 B had a factory hood tach according from the PHS but was missing when I got it, So the question is, should the bottom of the tach have the vent hole moisture tube or not ? my 70 03 C Car it has the vent moisture hole. thank for the help.

No, heater vent line from heater box to hood tach did not appear on Pontiac or Buick factory equipped hood tach cars until the spring of 1970.
