Yes, been getting it intermittently over the past 10 days or so. Glad to hear it's not just me.

433lemans 04-21-2025 09:18 PM

The site comes back up after a few minutes but it's annoying because it's been happening a lot lately.

Gator67 04-21-2025 09:37 PM

Happening to me as well.

67Lemons 04-21-2025 09:53 PM

Me too.

ponchjoe 04-21-2025 10:16 PM

Ditto, but not for the last 3 days or so

BILL BOWMAN1 04-21-2025 10:20 PM

Seems daily.

Shiny 04-21-2025 10:43 PM

Frequently for about a week

Lemans64 04-22-2025 12:04 AM

Yes, thought it was just me, but apparently not.

God Bless

Constantly.

OG68 04-22-2025 01:49 AM

About every third or fourth time I log in

burd 04-22-2025 12:09 PM

Yep. Bad server

bluejudge 04-22-2025 12:29 PM

Yes, I have been getting the same message. I check back on and off.

hojs69 04-22-2025 12:33 PM

Yes, same here. Intermittently over the past few weeks. Comes and goes.

65madgoat 04-22-2025 12:36 PM

AMES ordering site has been down - like completely down. Only affecting this forum site at times.

Yesterday they had nothing at all at the shop - everyone there had to take phone orders and write them all down. Entire system was down.

unruhjonny 04-22-2025 01:49 PM

/\ oof.

I have enjoyed this site, and have been wondering for the past week or so, if the days are numbered because of the frequency of Database Error's.

I hope Ame's get's things ironed out on their end;
I hope issues with this site also get figured out - without it becoming a casualty of the constant need to update (often required in the background).

The site I used to oversee was a casualty of the host(?) ceasing to support the installation of vbulletin that we were running;
We had no warning - just a "Database Error"...
It took quite some time for me to figure out the root cause - in the meantime I was spinning my wheels trying to figure out how to bring the site back using a backup... which absolutely was for naught.

sdbob 04-22-2025 03:53 PM

Yes. I try and get that message. I try less than a hour later and connection is ok. Figure?

geeteeohguy 04-22-2025 06:03 PM

Yep. Could not log on the last couple of days.

PontiacHO 04-22-2025 06:11 PM
