Jeff - being new to the OHC community, I have a question. Will the intake bolt up independently of the exhaust manifold? I have 6-into-2 headers and want to retain that but prefer the 4-barrel over the current Weber setup. I can probably pick up in person too. My brother lives in Chesapeake and I get over that way often.

Yes the intake will work with headers, but you may have to make some odd spacers to account for any differences in the thickness of the flange used on the headers, compared to the thickness of the stock intake. I don's know how thick the header flange is on your headers, or how the previous owner mounted the webber intake with the headers, pictures would help. The issue may already be solved, and you may just be able to reuse what is currently on the car.

As Jeff mentioned, The header(s) can be used with factory intakes and may require offset/stepped retaining washers.
Some of our club members said they were able to mount them using stock washers, but I think the offset give you a better bite.
