Long Shot Looking for Paint Mix Code 29 Admiralty Blue
 

My 1974 Trans AM was painted in 2003 with a PPG Color. Looking to mix up a pint for some touch ups. The issue is I can not read all codes on the tint Guide?

I went to a PPG Auto Paint Supplier and they told me the code does no come up any more. I am Hoping someone can Help?
Here is What I can read:

Deltron 2000
DBC2526 K
Admiralty Blue Poly

Tinting Guide

DMD 1607 ?77.3 I believe 277.3
DMD1683 -82,9
DMD1690 48.6
DX685 14.4
DMD624 1?. 6 No sure on 2nd digit
DMD6562 ???
D?X ???

Any help with, or possible souce to get formula would be greatly appreciated .

Any automotive paint supply store worth its salt will have a digital scanner that can be used to scan your existing paint and retrieve a formula code.

Stuff I had mixed up 9 years ago. No mixing formula.

PPG Refinish Sales Serives ask me to reach out to PPG Product Tecnical Serivves at 8006476050. I hit 1 for English, and 4 for mixing Formulas. I spoke with Kathy in the PPG Fomula Color Library , and she found the mix.

The reason this mix has been discontinued is one of the tints is no longer available. She was able to offer a suggestion to get mix, and shared the formula wtih the PPG Paint store.

Kathy was old school;, and great.

Busy , but on next Thursday will go and get a pint.
