Anyone Seen PHS Papers Like These ???
3 Attachment(s)
Was looking over PHS papers I got for my 64 GTO years ago and totally forgot about the handwritten note on the bottom. Why would someone write that on there when the build card clearly shows the GTO option?

Because it’s one of a kind, just like you Bob.

They don’t know what they are doing?

Hi Bob — I think that what they were trying to indicate was field 38 on the sheet should have a number 2 instead of being blank.

It's a Kansas City build and they sometimes did things differently than Pontiac Michigan did. K |
Years ago I got the PHS papers on my 1965 Bonneville 4DRHT. It is PHS verified as a 421 HO Tripower Auto car.
On a separate piece of paper, someone has written words to the effect "this is a very rare combination. We know of 3 cars built as Export cars but we don't know where they were shipped". I'm guessing that the whole 3 were shipped to Melbourne Australia. I do know of one which was cut up, there is mine and I'd assume the third one was part of the order. And where they say "this is a rare combination', I'm assuming its because how many 4DRHT cars were ordered with this motor option? Not many I think. Ian:ausflag::ausflag::ausflag: |
