Ran across pics in an old HD,Circa 2003
A friend asked us to document what was there as Hes an Olds guy.

I didnt dive into all the #s on block, thought thru pics I could get more info
but the camera didnt cooperate and it was night and thick with mosquitoes big enough to carry a small child away were swarming.
From the carb it looked to be a RA car as it also had long branch manifolds.
1/4 panel scoops were fashioned from hood tach housings, and a red reflective stripe was on the side. No build sheet was found under rear seat but it was easy enough to not pass up the chance to check. All in all the car was pretty rough
and if it was a true RA car would have been worth restoring...minus the glam.

More pics of carb to see if it has the infamous "limiter tab"

Another crappy pic of the oil filter adapter and oil sender for gauge package.
note the "for racing only " limiter chain

Interesting. Have to wonder its origin. I've never seen any true PFSTs and don't know if any survived.

Gary that is an interesting car, I have know knowledge about the PFST cars though. Thanks for posting them. Interesting use of hood tach housings!

I’m guessing it was an HO car from what you can see of the hood it doesn’t look like it was cut. Be interesting to know what came of it.

I lost touch with the guy whos house this was at.IIRC it was a friends car.

Talk about CRS,I dont remember getting the VIN and asking our friend if they ordered PHS.

It would be a wild guess but the body # is there.
Also my mistake that the last # on carb was a "1" and not a "7" so it could have been an HO
