Another WIW: 70 Trans Am parts.

70 Trans Am drive train

Engine, functioning hood scoop to oil pan in running condition.
Rebuilt about 30 years ago. TRW forged .030 over.
Lots of goodies on this engine with such things as a RAIV balancer and some RAIV valve train. I have all the original accessory brackets, P/S pump etc.
All castings are original to the engine including carb.

Original trans (TH400) working when stored about 35 years ago.

Original 12 bolt rear end, now has 3.73 gears but I still have original 3.31 gears.
I have the drive shaft and rear sway bar.

I also have some other original parts to this car.

Original car was Lucerne blue, A/C car with deluxe interior.

Let me know what you think or if you have any questions.

There's one on FB that's a WS version from a 69. It's not rebuilt and apparently spun a bearing and was pulled out of the car long ago. Seller is asking 10K and of course because it's on FB they're catching a great deal of grief over it. It does have the correct carb and dist.
The correct value comes from the check writer but I don't think 10-12K is too far off.

mine is complete and running was running fine when pulled;
I pulled it out of my car several years back and sold it when I was in a pinch, Then more recently I had the opportunity to buy it back (after the RAIII/TH400) '70 Formula which it was bought for, was sold without this engine.

Although there is one deviation from stock;
It has a 744 cam.

I was thinking 10-12 myself. Although this engine is in my car currently and can hear it run. I wouldn't pull it out unless I had a buyer.
