Fan shroud nuts 1966 2+2

Are the cage nuts (not sure if that's the correct term) that the shroud cover bolts go into welded in or just pressed in. I have one that is stripped out and tried to rethread it with no luck.
If it is replaceable, where can I source it? Thanks |
