Gauges need to be rebuilt?

I am trying to get the dash installed and was testing the gauge light bulbs when my son noted the needles on the Fuel/Water temp/Oil pressure gauges are not where they sound be for having no power? Is this normal? Attachment 663104

Probably, Yes.
The newer ones when with no power will not go back to a specific position. :) |
