Door mirror location?

I painted the car a few years ago and deleted the drivers door mirror. Now that I will be driving the car more on the street I want to reinstall the door mirror. Can anyone post a pic of the location? And give me a measurement back from the front of the door?

Thanks

You need to provide more information.

Year of car?
Standard mirror?
Remote mirror?

Curious, if it’s the same door that once had that outside mirror then you should be able to locate the filled holes by removing the door panel and have a look. 👀

It's a standard mirror on a 67 gto. I can take the door panel off but I think the holes were welded up.

I did this for someone else a few years ago, and they should help.
This is off my '66, but it is the same for the '67

Mike, if you decide to put one on the passenger's door, locate it so the vent window doesn't block any of the mirror.

I added one to my 66 and I used the same measurements as the driver's door.
Don't do that. Get some one to help you do it.
