I have this part after reassembling my doors. Can anyone tell me where it belongs? thanks

it's the backing bracket for the upper fender trim that matches along the rear hood trim along the windshield. goes up under the lip and the two screws go through the trim from the outside down into this bracket to hold the trim to the fender.
