WANTED: Oldsmobile 403 crank for 1979 Trans Am. Part number: 556607

I believe the 350 and 403 share the same casting number crankshaft. However, they are balanced differently. From what I remember there is a visual identifier on the 403 crankshaft.

Oldsmobile 403 crank for 1979 Trans Am
I have a couple of 403 specific crankshafts. I can ship via Fastenal, unless you know someone coming down to our Winter racing paradise. I'm near Bradenton Motorsports Park, Orlando Speed World and can hear the cars at Sebring Raceway from my back yard. Please let me know if you're interested. Thanks, Bob. :usflag:
PS: The casting # that you referenced is actually a late model, lightweight crankshaft. I do have those also, if interested. Please let me know. Thanks, Bob. |

No 'N' on front weight. No balance hole. "C" notch 5/8" deep, 1" wide. 556607 307 '85 This might be wrong. '77 350 is positive. |
The correct 403 crank.

I'm also interested in connecting rods if you have any.
