NOS Parts - Fair Value

I have a large collection of NOS parts for '65 that I want to sell, but I am having trouble trying to determine a fair market value. They are fairly rare, so I did not have any luck with eBay or club magazines transactions.

I have someone interested in a large number of them as one lot so putting them up for auction is not an option.

Any suggestions?
Thanks! Bill

Just what is it you are wanting to sell?

I have a large number of rare parts that someone is willing to take as one lot. I am trying to determine what would be a fair price. Some of the items include an NOS wood wheel, NOS rear tail panel molding, NOS rear tail light bezels w/lenses, concourse level 4 spd console, NOS spinner hubcaps, etc.

Not interested in trying to sell them on this site, just wanted to know if someone had an idea how I could research the value.

Thanks!

Just asking us is best perhaps. Your are in the thousands. $5k+ easily perhaps just for what is listed. Being that 1965 GTO only hold so much value these days, and only have so many guys doing them, might not get as much as they were once worth.

Tail panel and taillight bezels and console hold the most value.

If you don't want to go the auction route on BaT or eBay, then find the one guy willing to pay what you feel is fair or find two guys and price goes up ;-)

Thank you to everyone that sent me a private message and responded to the thread. I was able to get reasonable fair value estimates for everything!
Thank you!!

Self Auction

You could do a self auction if you are up to the challenge. Ask for interested parties and their bids. Have a deadline and a deadline to up bids. Just be careful of scammers. require payment shortly after conclusion. Good luck and keep us posted.

wmurrell,

Would you happen to have the “early style” ‘65 aluminum curved tip fan that came with the “round head” aluminum rivets?

Thanks.

This is not an auction site.

Use eBay if you want to auction off your parts.

Put the lot on Bring a Trailer
Be prepared for your eyes to pop out .

The guys who have the best 65s , their cars are worth much more to them than current market trends.
