66 BV CONVERTIBLE "PARADE CAR". THE BACK SEAT PEOPLE WHO WAVE SITTING UP HIGH ON THE SEAT BACK/TRUNK AREA POSITION THING...
Has anyone ever seen a hard boot cover?
Or know any fiberglass companies that might be able to generate a quote?

Possibly VFN fiberglass would be willing to make the part for you. The difficulty with this part is you need a mold to make it from. Not sure how this mold would be made? Give them a call? Possibly they could use the vinyl boot as a basic guide and the stainless molding as an outside edge?
