Issues happen .......

I got a set about 6 months ago. ALL the machined surfaces had significant pitting. This to me was not acceptable for a new set of heads.

KRE took them back with no problems.

IMO: KRE has a good design, they need a better foundry (back then at least).

Others had some issues with metal shavings in the water jackets on KRE heads.
Further some reported their KRE heads leaked from the head bolts, between the plugs.
