Got my 66-67 Rally Cluster Adapter Harness in record time - but

... no instructions or wiring diagram.

For most of the group, this would probably not be an issue, but, I could short out an electric toothbrush with no problems. Considering how much I have invested in finding clusters, parting a good one together and then getting it restored, I'd lose my mind if I inadvertently screwed this up.

What is the best form of contact to get a response? I've emailed Ames before to no avail using the contact form. I get it, everyone is short staffed anymore but I feel like I'm on the cusp of finally making some progress.

Thanks!

65 GTO dash wiring

Here is a drawing I made years ago, it could be of some help.

The adapter harness is a actually a copy of a 1965 Lemans-GTO part only. They do sell it new and I guess they say it can work for other years.

For true rally gauges in a GTO for years: 1966 and 1967 (GTO) the entire dash harness including the fuse block was unique to either with or w/o gauges.

Thank you - I was trying not to tear out the old harness and fuse panel, the adapter harness seems like a fairly easy workaround.

When the car gets back, and I have the cluster in front of me, then I think answer should be pretty clear.

That adapter will work on a 66 or a 67 GTO as long as your present non-gauge wiring & fuse block are both in good condition.
