The HUNT for Detroit's Most Feared Street Racer: The Silver Bullet
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxIRQyhOXG0:drive:
The Silver Bullet was Detroit's secret street racing king. In this video, we break down how Chrysler quietly built a Hemi-powered Plymouth that could humiliate just about anything on Woodward, then disappear like it was never there. You’ll see how factory engineers, hidden race parts, and one dead-calm driver turned a stripped-down GTX into a street legend. Then the story takes a hard turn, the car vanishes, rumors explode, and one obsessed collector spends decades tracking down the real thing and bringing it back to life. This is muscle car history at its rawest, factory secrets, street racing glory, and a 10-second monster that stayed scary even with four Cadillac mufflers. |
Sorry fellows, tried to delete post but can't.

According to Milt Schornack, the elusive silver bullet was beat by him in a RA Firebird. He said this at Valley Forge Pa at the GTOAA Nationals I believe. Hopefully someone else was there that heard the same thing.
