'65 Convertible Top Question

2 Attachment(s)
I have a blue charcoal '65 with a blue interior and a blue convertible top. The car is a relatively low mileage unrestored example. The bow on the top has an original light blue metallic finish.

Does anyone happen to know the paint code for a blue '65 convertible bow?
Does anyone have a reliable source that would identify when the bow was painted blue versus black?

Thanks! Bill

I don't have solid answers, as I have also looked for this info, in the past with no luck.

FWIW The only thing I can add is in both '65 & '66 The Blue Top Frames I've seen all had Blue interior and Tops.

I've seen more '66s then '65, here are a few examples, both Restored and in need of.

My friend is the original owner of a 1964 GTO convertible. It has the blue interior and light blue top. The top frame is painted blue also

65 interior paint for Blue Charcoal
DuPont#4622-L 60% gloss
9191-LH 0% gloss (upper dash)

You may be able to match with a base coat in modern paint

yea, that color isnt in the Pontiac interior colors.
Perhaps its more generic and Fisher used another divisions lt blue interior color
Looking at the rear passenger upper painted area thats next to the top frame on both the
restored and unrestored pics its obvious.
The restored one does look a bit too shiny tho
