1967 GTO with Rally Gauges and replacement tach for HEI distributor. The tach quit reading, but goes to full scale and back with ignition on as it always did. I verified continuity from the tach output, and housing to ground. Is there a way to check the 'tach' output from the distributor? What's odd is I cannot find a tach from Ames, OPGI, or NPD that says for HEI, so I'm not sure where I got it from probably 10 years ago or so.
