What are these long black strips for?

Did you figure it out? Looks like two sided tape on one side

Looks like this is what they're for. The nub in the middle goes into the spoiler threaded holes. Then flip the spoiler onto the deck lid wherever it's supposed to go. Stick the things to the lid, remove the spoiler. Now where the nubs are is where the holes are drilled. Needs to be more precise than this but I think it's the general idea.
