1970 upper radiator support bushing mounting bolts
 

Are the mounting bolts for a 1970 radiator support upper bushing a smaller size compared to 71 and later?

I thought I read somewhere that they are a smaller size compared to later years but wanted to confirm. 5/16 inch compared to 3/8 inch sized bolts?
