You can just buy generic flex lines online or from any Autozone, O'Reilly, etc. that have the appropriate fitting on the caliper side and then use the correct flare & fitting on the hardline side.

I just use a small trip of electrical tape. You can't really tell it's there unless you're specifically looking for it, and it protects the dash bezel from being scratched up.
