I have an asymmetrical Rotary in a building 50 feet wide, so I was able to set the lift up 14' from the facing wall. I wanted the extra space to allow for tool box and engine hoist use.

I'll add that your TH400 yoke will not work with a Muncie. A TH350 yoke will. And throw in a manual console and manual brake pedal.
