Don't do it! I had a 455 block that was bored to 4.233" so we filled it to the deck. It lost about 70 - 80 HP on the dyno, so after about 10 pulls we took the engine apart. All the top all 2nd rings...

Sorry, that block was 4.210 at the time, later bored to 4.233. The motor was 4.210 x 4.00 or 445 cu in.
