The initial timing is stable at 12* with no VA and 24* with VA. It starts immediately and idles very good with 15" vacuum at 800 RPM.

So I replaced my damaged rotor. Also replaced the cap. Both DUI brand parts onto a DUI distributor. Prior to the repair, in spite of the rotor damage, it was running normally and was like that...

I'm not sure exactly what you looking at but if something looks wrong on the rotor, it's just lighting, shadows, etc. The only thing I found bent was the terminal on the rotor.
