I removed the wheels off my car and took them to a tire shop and confirmed they use a "touchless" tire machine. Also confirmed their balance machine used a 5-lug mounting...

When I said PepBoys, I meant steel flanges from Hedman (not just gaskets). The flanges were wasted on my pipes, so had to cut them & weld new ones the night before PowerTour

PepBoys stocks them in their "Speed Shop" store in Easpointe. They are from Hedman... various sizes.

(I ran into similar issue last spring... needed a set for the Hot Rod PowerTour at last...

I had the same problem on a 69 Firebird & 69 GTO (nothing coming out of rear bleeders). Both were the same issue... rear brake hose was plugged. Never thought that could happen, but seems they fall...
