My 2 speed wiper switch only seems to work at the low speed. I have tried changing the switch (NOS) and the wiper motor to no avail. I've clenaed up the mount to ensure a good ground. Any ideas...

What's the best way to approach changing the floor pan body mounts? I have changed the ones on the radiator crossmember plus the ones around the perimeter of the fuel tank. Thanks.
