I've used cheap car dollies, the 4 of them didn't work well for moving the car. They worked great for engines, transmissions and rear end with no tires

I believe the ride and handling package included the larger bars. Judges came with this package, not sure if the 71 455HO's GTO automatically came equipped with it.

You can easily lower the compression by swapping heads. But rest of the engine still has to be good shape.

Being that your going to be running very low boost not sure how important these are...
