Voltage Regulator Change

My alternator is shot, I want to replace it with one that has the voltage regulator inside it.. My voltage regulator is a external one .. has anyone done this, and if so can you tell me how it is...

Clutch Springs

Putting new clutch springs on my 66, been rattleing a lot.. What does the spring that connects to the z bar connect to on the other end ?I found the hole in the z bar. I don't have the best...

The choke assembly,is for a 1966 and it is fastened to the manifold with a hose clamp..but the carb is for a 1965 ,, it is smaller than the 2 end carbs ... It is a 1965 tri power ...

When looking I remembered that my tri power set up is a 65 .. I think I can adjust the choke by seperating the bend in the choke rod ?? I attachet a picture of it..

Center Carb Spacer

I installed a 1/4 inch spacer under my center carb on my 66 tri power GTO to help it run better when hot,, vapor lock etc..,, It does help a lot.. The problem I have now is it is very hard to start...

I have been looking at pics of 66 and 67 GTO from the 70s.. They have huge tires on the back that are very wide and stick out on each side of the car..How did they keep the car from rubbing the top...

It's not very old,,was put in a few years ago...

It's not very old,,was put in a few years ago when motor was redone,,,,probably has less than 5000 miles on it..

Clutch Adjustment

The clutch on my 66 4 speed seems to grab when the pedal is almost all the way out.. Can it be adjusted to grab sooner ? Thanks for any help/info..

Rear shock question

I recently changed the rear shocks on my 66,, I noticed on the bottom there are to holes to mount the shock .. Mine where mounted to the bottom on both sides.. Does anyone know why there are 2...
