shipping body parts

If I need to ship some large body parts (hood, fender, door) across the country who have you found to be the most reasonable and how do I package them? Thanks for your feedback!

Anyone have a poncho painted Yorktown Blue in the San Diego area that I could take a look at?

Or if you have one and have some good quality pics of it I'd love to see them.
