Adhesive for convertible tack strips

Rebuilding the top on a 64 Lemans convertible. The original fiber tack strips were stapled in. I am replacing with the rubber ones sold today. Any recommendations on adhesives to glue the strips in?

Trim Clip

Anyone know where someone can replace the threaded trim clip that holds on the top well trim on a '64 Lemans Convertible? They use two of these along with the pinch weld clips. Thanks for any info.
