Hi Tom. The radiator inlet is on the passenger side, so the '64 water neck is facing the right direction. Plus they are both 1-1/2" OD.

The water outlet is from a '64 GTO and points toward the passenger side, so the old upper radiator...

There are so many Tempest-215-only parts on that car it'd take you more than a grand's worth of time to find them all, let alone acquire them. Besides, he might come down a grand on the price.

I think I sold my '62 215 convertible for about $3500.

The engine number should start 162P if it's original. Not like a regular Buick engine, and hand-stamped at the Pontiac plant.
