We went there it was the Fourth of July Weekend. Had a great time. Saw a huge parade and had great food at a place called "Anthony's. The show was very well organized and fun.

Thanks for the wiring diagram. So if the resistance wire is spliced to the black and pink wire you only need the black and pink wire on the + of the coil and the distributor wire on the - side...

calibrated resistance wire to coil

I'm switching back to points from pertronix. I there one or two resistance wires going to the coil. I found a blue wire not connected taped up near the coil. It's not the oil sending wire. Thanks.

Best Plugs.

I've tried all different plugs in my 1965 tripower and the NKG XP 5'S run the best so far.

carb gaskets

The new gaskets arrived today. Flat on both sides so it doesn't matter. The old gaskets must be originals much better quality. No part no. on new gaskets. Thanks for your help.

is there a side of the gaskets that go towards the carb? I thought the part no. side was toward the carbs but not sure. Thanks.

race fuel

I get the Sunoco race fuel from a service that is a few miles from our dirt track. There is always someone there getting fuel so it should be fresh.

When I restored my Model A years ago I would go to swap meets to collect the entire set of tools. It had a leather pouch to hold them. They went with the car when I sold it.
