Dashboard Paint for 1964 GP

I am looking to paint the dashboard on my 64 GP. Color is black.
Was the paint on the dash from the factory Semi-Gloss?
Is there a particular paint brand anyone would recommend?

They have 4.25 backspacing and I use 275/60/15 Drag Radials.
15X7 on the front with same back spacing and 225/70/15 tires...
