The sprockets are actually in decent shape, but the rest of the undercarriage is pretty much worn out. No big deal if it doesn't get much use, and this one won't.

Yes, as I tried to explain below, the hook is absolutely in the wrong place, but I had to put it there so it could reach the cable. Otherwise, it would be several inches too short.
