I was working at PMD Pontiac during those years and I can assure everyone we did paint Endura bumpers along with the hood, fenders and front valances on the Pontiac assembly line.

I just packed mine this winter, only about 25,000...

I just packed mine this winter, only about 25,000 miles or so but its been 21 years since disc brake install, the bearings were pretty dry, glad I checked them. Easy enough to pull and re-grease.

When I installed VIN tags at the Pontiac MI plant during the 70's we were building A cars, B cars and G cars, the VIN was consecutive no matter what car was coming down the line.
