Thanks Tom! I looked again at the tripower website and it looks like the parts to do the conversion are not expensive at all. Also looks like I could do it. The only trouble is reaching the carbs...

We found you were right. The starter had laid down on us. So the Bonnie is starting and running very nicely...

We now have installed four more seat belts with black webbing. New U joints as a precaution, new gas filled shocks, rebuilt center carb and replaced all vac hoses, new thermostat, new chrome valve...
