Engine was built by Fowler’s Engines in Columbus Ohio. It dynoed 400+ prior to having $3,700 in improvements added. I have receipts for all that. It’s a ‘66 389 with a Butler / Lunati prepped crank....

Manual steering....64 GTO
I have a very nice steering box, Pittman arm, alternator bracket and at least the top pulley...maybe the correct bottom one as well. All appears to be restored. $200 obo.

Post was already deleted but if it was the 65 WT short block for $1500...I bought it, I believe that you just solved the puzzle! It looks fresh but pistons sat “standard”...so they are stock 400...
