Thanks Steve. I can find the 69 repros for way less than the 68's so that is one motivating factor for getting it...that and it looks better to me.

I have had my trusty '68 since '03 after my last deployment. She never came with a front valance. I was wondering if the '69 front valance was a direct bolt on. :usa2:

Keep in mind that if you use the Chevelle big block or short block mounts it will change the height as well. I think I used big block mounts, set the motor in the car, made sure everything lined up...
