That's odd as we compared measurements in all respects and other than an extra holes for a screw on the rear of the 4 door molding they are exactly the same. Perhaps that extra screw hole accounts...

WANTED -

1963 Catalina RIGHT Rocker Molding. Please, no extra screw holes. Minor dings acceptable but no heavy damage as I have an incredible stainless restorer.

Also, RH repro quarter panels...

1963 Catalina 4 Speed OEM T10 Shifter too Short for New Owner

The new owner of the 63 Catalina "Ventura" tri power car does not like how "low" the T10 shifter is. Is there a replacement you can recommend that wlll work with the stock console?
