How rare is a 1971 formula 350 (All #matching)

I have done research and I find a lot about the 400 and some 455, but nothing really on the formula 350. I recieved the history based on the vin # from pontiac, but it breaks down the formula cars...

I ran an ohms meter from out at the relay to the inner of the steering wheel and the black wire and pink wire reads fine, but i am not sure if the internal is set up correctly.....Is it worth trying...

Exclamation Horn Problems

My 71 Firebird horn is not working. It looks like the relay is new, but I am not sure the wire were put on correctly. The horns will honk when the power wire(orange wire) touches the black wire...
