They said because i paid with a certified check tehy couldnt do anything they sided with seller and said i couldnt leave feed back even though i have a copy of the check cashed with his drivers...

I wouldnt say all 428 were drilled for 4 bolt i have a 69 yh that wasnt drilled but thw crank is drilled for a pilot bearing
