This might be a bit late and "out of the box" but...

225/70-14 mounted on 14x7 wheels (later 60/70's Chev SS wheels)
and with either the standard or deluxe full wheel covers. ...

Just a little side trip -

is there a demand for stock steel wheels?
(I have 5 that came with my Lemans, with no idea if they are original or not, but the rest of the car is.)

I found a Chev/Chevelle site that had info about decoding Baltimore cowl plates, and they had an example of one very similar to mine,
they stated that this style was a later version of the '64...
