I had wear problems with low miles on the bronze style gear. Been running the BOP poly gear for years with no problems. 60lb pump with the oil gallery plg mod to lube it better.

I run my 462 with eheads and SD's old faithfull with my 5 speed od trans & 3:42 gears. I don't have any bucking problems even cruising it on the freeway at low RPMs even down to 1500 in overdrive.

I made my own with a Walbro pump. Pump with sending unit all together that fits thru stock hole into stock tank. No internal baffles in the tank so have to keep it above 1/2 for spirited driving....

I run the same cam on my 463. No vacuum issues even with ac. Idles like a stocker. Running the small booster from an 4 wheel disk TA and 4 wheel disks.
