The 350 diesel was a v-belt engine. Only the 4.3 v6 diesel came factory with a serpentine system, but good luck finding one of those. People have put together setups based off of late '80s GMC...

Olds blocks never went to serpentine setups, they were v-belts until they were discontinued after 1990. The serpentine setups for their cars only...
