I ran across this car archive website. It has 100s of various manufactures and most every model from each one.

Oddly, there is not a listing for a 1964 GTO, but every other GTO seems to be there....

Here is a photo of SEM Trim Black with the part number on it. It is a satin black that lays down really easy. It's probably the easiest paint I've ever used.

I just did the reverse of your plan, converted an auto console to a 4spd. Both of the bases are the same, but I had to cut a chunk out of the side of the auto base to make room for the shifter porch....
