No manual transmission clutch and brake pedal trim until 1964 on a B body.
I think that pedal trim was part of the decor group.

That seal fits MANY Turbo 400s up to 1990. Auto Zone # 9449. Look it up for a 1975 Cadillac because it is the same.

Put it back to stock specs and make sure to keep the accumulator operating, so get an original valve body and use a Trans-Go-1&2 kit. It will come with the plate. Your VB may be OK too.

If it has been sitting that long, replace the master cylinder, 4 wheel cylinders and the 3 hoses.
