The part that bolts to the inner roof, on the far right of my pic is Identical to the factory shoulder strap. The strap goes down to the recoil which is behind the seat inner rocker near the floor.

I will assume the sealer was dry too long and should have been scuffed. That's too bad.
Well, ANY manual labor, stripping, or sanding , cleaning, masking, etc....
