1966 center carb info?

I have a 1966 center carb 7036175 all apart. Looking for a exploded view with a parts list. I am in the process of rebuilding it. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

This vent does not close with the heater controls. The passenger side works with the heater controls. Any suggestions on fixing this problem.

The tire is rubbing on the side against the lip of the wheel well. The springs are not old and are not saging. I need a spring the has more arch to raise the body.

Thinking of using a ford wcz or super A5 t5 with a chevy main shaft, have to check my bellhousing part #. Using a ford eliminates the tail shaft and shifter problem of a chevy.

The 12.3v wire is 12.3v on the coil while the engine is running. This is not a resistance wire. Hei do not need a ballast resistor, this only reduces the voltage to the coil. GM hei did not use one...
