Theres a local(ish) guy selling a complete 455 with e-heads for $1800.00. That's under the cost for just a set of e-heads. Worth looking into? I just want the heads.

The other way around...
I have a '64 lemans 6 cylinder that I will be dropping a 455 in. Is it as simple as changing the motor mounts to V-8 motor mounts and upgrading the springs for the additional weight?
